Chris Rees is Professor of Employment Relations at Royal Holloway, University of London. His published research has covered a range of topics, with a particular focus on employee participation and representation, mergers and takeovers, and corporate responsibility. He is currently engaged in a study of corporate governance and employee voice in large UK firms, in collaboration with the Involvement and Participation Association.
